Telltale Games to adapt Fables comic as a video game

Telltale Games, the masters of episodic content have plans to bring the critically acclaimed Fables comic to the video game format. The comic created by Bill Willingham and published under DC's Vertigo label is an "Eisner award-winning and chart-topping Fables re-imagines classic characters from fairy tales and folklore spinning their stories in wild, brutally violent, mature, and often unexpected directions," said Telltale on it's website.
The original series follows famed characters from childhood fables like Snow White, Pinocchio, and others who have been banished to live out their days in New York City.
Telltale has most recently adapted The Walking Dead comic for video games which has been met with rave reviews.
