Borderlands 2 Pirate DLC Coming Next Week!

Just one month after it's release, Gearbox Software is already releasing the the first DLC pack for Borderlands 2, and yes it has pirates! The first of four promised campaign downloadable add-ons is called Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty. The new campaign will take players to a new area of Pandora called Oasis which was once a resort near the ocean but is now a wasteland.
On the journey to recover Captain Scarlett's pirate booty players will encounter new characters, sand worms and pirates. There is also a brand new vehicle for getting around the Oasis called the sand skiff which is pictured below.
The new DLC will be available on October 16th, the original release date of the Mechromancer character. It will set you back $10 or come included as part of the Borderlands 2 Season Pass for $30. Once it drops we will let you know what are impressions are of the new content.
