Yesterday we reported on Obsidian teasing an upcoming, unannounced game over their website. Today the website has changed once more, most notably with the number four changing to the number three indicating a countdown as opposed to any relevance to the number.
Presumably more will be revealed when the number hits zero which will be this Friday. The text that appeared below the image yesterday has also been changed to "The book unread is unwritten. The reason we don't explain it is the reason we use it. Its power is in its mystery. That is the Leaden Key, in part, in whole. Is it clear?" and "Digging for truth buries the seeker."
As with the previous cryptic message there is also additional text hidden in the website's source code which reads "Two centuries ago, your divine champion told the people of Dyrwood to grovel at his feet. If you've come on pilgrimage to the blasted crater that was our reply, Godhammer Citadel is *that* way."
There is still no indication as to what these teases are alluding to. Perhaps a new RPG IP the company plans on announcing or perhaps it is all a big joke related to the forthcoming South Park: The Stick of Truth Game.
Check back on Friday to see exactly what Obsidian is teasing.
